This document is an agreement between You and Zennoscript.com hereinafter (Site) that describes the terms of service (hereinafter "TOS") for which You may use the services offered on the websites and web pages owned and operated by Zennoscript.com. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BY BROWSING OR USING ANY Template, SERVICES OFFERED or anything Zennoscript.com other products, YOU HAVE AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS THAT APPLY.
Please note that Zennoscript.com reserves the right to revise these TOS at any time by posting an update to this page. Your continued use of the Zennoscript.com any products or Services following the posting of changes to these TOS will mean You accept those changes. You will be provided notice of any such modification by electronic mail or by publishing the changes on the website Zennoscript.com.
Zennoscript.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine if You have violated these site TOS, and to take any action it deems appropriate.
You acknowledge that ("Site"). shall have the right to terminate Your access to the Zennoscript.com Site or Services for violations of any of these rules, including repeat infringement of copyrights on any products by (Site).

Return Policy
No refunds for any template(s) can not be done partially or fully if template(s) authorization request was successfully made to our server.
Chargebacks Policy
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company, bank, or any other payment processing company, your account, templates any any services or dproject will be suspended without notice. A chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
Delivery Policy
After we have successfully received your payment, Templates(s), Video Lessons will be avaliable in your user area and email indicating this will be sent to email adress you have been provided during the registration. This may take up to 24 hours but usually happens within 15 minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period or you don't see Template(s) or Video Lessons avaliable in your user area, contact us through our website by creating support ticket with your transaction id from user area. Private Consulations should be paid in advance on hourly bases, 60 minutes increment. Private Consulations only takes place during Zennoscript working hours 8AM - 8PM UTC
Due to the electronic and virtual nature of our work, no physical product will be delivered physically or by any carrier.
The product will be counted delivered when user has access to it on the site, in a user area or via email.
It does not matter whether user ever use it or not.
The Client must provide clear description to complete the Templates or any service we provide in a timely manner. In some cases, delays receiving materials or other circumstances can slow the process of development. However, assuming no delay of the receiving payment we agree to make all reasonable efforts to complete each project in a timely manner. We reserve the right to cancel the contract at cost to the Client should significant delays be experienced that are outside the Developer's control. Examples include, but are not limited to:
lack of detailed documentation on the subject matter where requested;
lack of return communication or correspondence
failure to make required decisions
significant illness
acts of God
other significant disruption
Upon any of these circumstances final price for the template may be revised unilaterally by the Site.
LICENSING & USAGE
All Templates and other materials developed by Site are Site property. The client receives a fully working template without the ability to edit or analyze its structure. The client can use the template on any computer with installed and authorized ZennoPoster or ZennoBox for his email.Modified templates and other materials which doesn't break 3rd party copyright upon request by Site can be used in Site future templates and services either as part or fully without need to notice user who provided them. Our Templates may be used by our customers as they like, for personal or commercial purpose. Our customers can't resell or redistribute templates. Each template is linked with Zennoposter single license, if you require to change license you'll have to puchase templates and/or other materials again.
Upon receipt of the order, which is based on personal knowledge, customer experience, methods, and goals are not public and well-known, the right to use the temple will only be available for this customer only. Resale of such projects on our part is excluded.
OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Site. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our Site be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
SITE CONTENT
All content, including imagery, published on the Zennoscript.com domain is property of Site and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the Site web site shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Site.
PRICE CHANGES
Site reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, templates, video lessons, and/or other services or products (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all subscriptions and products, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change immediately. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the “Zennoscript.com” website. Customers who prepaid templates and/or any services in advance will not be subject to change during their prepaid period when price has been changed, after this period will ends they price will change accordingly.
WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
Site provides support for goods and services provided to the user for a fee.
Site reserves the right to discontinue support for the client, in cases:
Breaches of him given Rules
Inappropriate, unethical behavior of the client in respect of the Site
Dissemination of false information harmful to the image of the Site
In other cases, contrary standards of business ethics.
"Zennoscript.com" makes no guarantee or warranty work of templates in the case of functional limitations of Zennoposter version at the time changes of the site(s) for which they - template(s) have been built for. We also cannot guarantee that they will work with all third party components and software, plug-ins and(or) with Zennoposter version different from latest official available.
Merchant Interface
Customer support via ticket system is available to all registered users.
Live Chat system provides only basic consultations on services of the website, and cannot answer questions related to the work of products.
For the convenience of users on our site Zennoscript.com act of receiving payments from customers / individuals via Webmoney payment system in a mode online.
The system WebMoney Merchant Interface provides settlements in real time through a transfer of accounting units - title signs WebMoney (WM).
The main function of the Merchant is automation vendors receiving funds from customers.
